The producer did 2 BIG MISTAKES. I want 1x63A, 1x32A and 3x16A 1ph outputs. They produce only 32A and 16A outputs.
Second but bigger mistake is wrong fuel tank capacity. Need 24h fuel tank capacity, aprox 300 litres of fuel, but they give only 200 litres. And said it is not problem to refill the fuel. KIDDING ME???!!!. I ordered 300 litres tank fuel for specific reason not to be whole time at the place when it is running. I cant refill fuel when big events is running. Simply cant arrive to big festival and start refueling!!!
So i cant do my business at 100%.
I spent more than 11 000 usd to get genset that i cant use!!! Bought 2 new trolleys to carry that.
Bought a 4x4 jeep to carry that!
Bought 2 gensets and they offer me 290 usd compensation. Totaly RIDICULE!
It is not my problem that inside comunication is bad.
REALY ANGRY TO THIS FACTORY
HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND this producer

production sometimes have accident, some error is possible. we have 28 salesman, every month ship to about 500 units, some accident can happened
for sockets, we have been change it to 63A, before delivery.
Regarding the chassis fuel tank, we noted that it should be increased by 200 liters during production, but the production department misunderstood and thought it was 200 liters. We are willing to bear the price difference for this mistake. When shipping, we confirmed with you that there was no problem before we shipped it.
